During the course of that conversation, we received this awesome text from a listener, Holly, who is battling cancer for the FIFTH TIME!!!
She writes:
“My name is Holly Schmutz. I’m 39 years old and I’m currently battling cancer for the 5th time in my life. 4x Acute Myeloid Leukemia and 1x DCIS breast cancer. I’ve received 2 bone marrow transplants already with a potential 3rd in the near future. Either way, this means I have to stop working to endure treatment and recover.”
