What’s Rodney McLeod been up to since we last saw him? (A LOT!)
Rodney McLeod proposed to his long time girlfriend, opened a clothing store and won a Super Bowl all since the last time we saw him (which wasn’t that long ago.) LIFE IS GREAT!

Do you remember the first post-Super Bowl free meal? Yeah, at my spot on 16th & Sansom, Marathon. I created my salad, like I usually do, with calamari .Got a smoothie too! Afterwards, the waiter came over and said, “it’s on us,” and I was like “Ohh… (shocked face) …appreciate it!” Then everyone took pictures and went crazy.
How does it feel to be part of a memorable Super Bowl play? It was great, hopefully when they talk about this Super Bowl they will play that highlight. I could have also been on the other side of that and it could have been embarrassing forever.
Yeah, but did you think in the moment, why is he jumping? I did! I didn’t understand it, it’s only 2 yards he has to get, he’s shifty, that’s what I’m expecting, a hesitation move and try to get around me… but.. I saw him elevated and thought, no way. I tried to grab anything I could and slam him as hard as I could.

How has getting engaged changed your life? It shocks me now when people are like, “congrats,” and I’m like… for which one? [engagement photos]
At the parade: We were just having fun
The Linc holds 78,000 people, did 8 miles of fans down Broad Street blow you away? Immediately leaving The Linc, the crowd was going nuts! They were all out there for us. They bleed green, all the way. You don’t realize how many people are out there, then people up on the bridge and I’m like – whoa! How did they even get up there?
Have you thought about how it’s going to be different this year? Yeah, we’re going to have that target on our backs. We’re the World Champs, everyone wants to take the title. We gotta protect it.
