The actor was reportedly arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
TMZ is reporting Vaughn was stopped near Los Angeles in the early hours of the morning.
It's not clear if he was at a checkpoint or if he was pulled over, but at the time of the arrest, he reportedly had a passenger in the car.
As of this posting, the actor remains behind bars.
TMZ has reached out to Vaughn's rep for comment, however, they have not heard back yet.
