You know there is going to be a twist! A family of 3 is vacationing at a cabin in the woods when they are taken hostage by 4 armed strangers. The family has to avert the apocalypse.
M. Night Shyamalan is the Director. He wrote the screenplay with Steve Desmond and Michael Sherman. This is his 15th feature film.
The cast includes Dave Bautista, Jonathan Groff, Ben Aldridge, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Rupert Grint, Abby Quinn and Kristen Cui.
M. Night Shyamalan grew up in in Wynnewood and now lives in Willistown Township at his Ravenwood Estate.
He filmed this movie in the Pine Barrens. The cabin was built in Tabernacle , NJ near Moore's Meadow Blueberry and Cranberry Farm. The cabin was built in 3 weeks. The movie was filmed in Burlington and Tabernacle. Evergreen Dairy Bar in Southampton is in there too! The hospital scene was filmed at an abandoned hospital in Chester County.
