On July 25th, French’s Mustard and Skittles announced their collaboration for these two incredible summer treats.
The idea of combining the sweet and fruity essence of Skittles with the tangy taste of mustard may seem unconventional, but these may just surprise you.
“Skittles is always looking to inspire moments of everyday happiness and deliver unexpected ways for fans to experience the brand,” wrote Mars marketing director Ro Cheng in a press release. “That’s why we’ve teamed up with French’s to create the first-of-its-kind Skittles that combines their tangy mustard flavor with our iconic chewy texture to deliver this unique summer treat for National Mustard Day.”

Traditionally, this day has been dominated by various mustard-based treats, but this year, this daring collaboration between French’s and Skittles is set to turn the tables. In the past few years, we have seen crazy combinations ranging from mustard-flavored hot dog buns to even mustard-flavored donuts and ice cream.
