Eagles Fans Team Up to Create Viral Anthem ‘Philadelphia (Bleed Green)’
A love for Philly’s beloved Birds has brought together a trio of Eagles fans to create a viral hit. “Philadelphia (Bleed Green)” by musicians Al Panaccio, Kenny Curcio, and Ryan Fiske has garnered attention beyond Philadelphia for its distinctive sound and undisputed loyalty to the Eagles.
“We wanted to write a song about the city of Philadelphia,” Curcio told CBS News Philadelphia in an interview. “It sort of has a rock, country, a little bit of hip-hop feel to it.”

Panaccio and Curcio, both South Jersey natives, have been writing music for about four years. Curcio’s friendship with Fiske goes back 15 years.
The trio recorded the piece in a Nashville studio. Since recording it, they perform the hit at least twice a week.
While the musicians say they’re not seeking to profit from their song, they will direct any proceeds they receive toward the Eagles Autism Foundation. Their ultimate goal is to hear their Eagles anthem performed live at Lincoln Financial Field.
