You can feel otherwise. But Nick Castellanos’ attitude during the NLDS victory’s postgame interviews was hilarious.

Game 4, on October 12, 2023, was a true nail-biter. Thanks to the giant efforts by Nick Castellanos, though, the Philadelphia Phillies won. I mean, four home runs in two games in a row in the postseason is almost unheard of. But he’s just cold like that.

The best part is, that his 10-year-old son, Liam, was there to see it all and cheer his superstar dad on. Castellanos delivered in a BIG WAY in the NLDS games against the Atlanta Braves at home. He hit clutch home runs that brought home the proverbial bacon. So no wonder he was feeling himself.

During a few postgame interviews, Nick had short and, at times, flippant replies to the interviewer. The man had no time for silly questions, he just wanted to party. And party he did. But now, we forever have some more soundbite gems straight from the mouth of the guy who said Scooby Doo is his favorite superhero.

Let’s hope this cool guy attitude helps get us to the big one. And helps us to WIN the big one.

Enjoy these clips of a victorious Castellanos feeling feisty after the big win.

  • Where's The Question?

I mean he had a point. Nick Castellanos is laser focused on one thing and one thing only, the World Series win. He wouldn’t even let this reporter stroke his ego a BIT.

  • How He Feels About Philly

We can’t show you the part of this interview that we’d like to show you. Instead, enjoy this heartwarming quote from Casty about his son. The part we want you to know about, though, went a little something like this:

Greg Amsinger: “I don’t know why, but you and Philadelphia works. It’s the best fit. Would you agree with me?”

    Casty: “You’re asking me?”

Greg Amsinger: “Yeah. You and Philly is the best fit. Nick Castellanos always needed to play for the Philadelphia Phillies. Am I on to something?”

Casty: “I mean yeah, I f*** with Philly.”

    All time quote right there.

  • Letting Liam Go To Xfinity Live!

Great dad move. Because who cares, right? Let your 10-year-old party with the team and all of Philadelphia WAY PAST HIS BEDTIME at Xfinity Live! You can see the little guy in the video above, jumping around (next to his dad, mind you) at the front of the balcony. Just another example of Nick’s postgame savagery.

  • Honorable Mention

This didn’t happen on October 12. This happened when they clinched the postseason berth on September 26. But again, another truly savage moment from the big hitter.
