Happy Birthday Philly Phanatic! The Fanatic turns 45. Born April 25th, 1978. The Phantic's backstory claims he hails from the Galapagos Island. His skits before and during the game. He also stands on top of the dugout. He is always up to something whether he is dumping popcorn on someone or dancing. There is a lot of dancing, and there is a lot of antics.
