WMMR Promo: Eddie Vedder And Target
The same band that once fought Ticketmaster now has vinyl available in Target. We are aware of the irony.
Nearly 30 years ago, in May of 1994, Pearl Jam filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice which claimed that Ticketmaster had cut the group out of venue bookings in a dispute over fees. The investigation was closed without action in 1995, although the Justice Department declared it would continue to monitor the developments in the ticket industry.
Flash forward almost 30 years and you can find re-released versions of their albums from the band in your local Target. Ah, the convenience (with just a hint of capitalism)!
In fairness, these new records DO look pretty cool. Via PJ’s instagram account:
“This week marks 30 years of Pearl Jam’s second studio album, Vs. To celebrate the anniversary, Ten Club is releasing a 30-anniversary edition double-LP on custom “Dreamsicle” color variant vinyl and cassette, as well as on black vinyl at participating stores.”
From Pearl Jam:
The Vs. clear vinyl variant is available to all as a Target exclusive.
Vs. Tracklisting:
Go, Animal, Daughter, Glorified G, Dissident, W.M.A., Blood, Rearviewmirror, Rats, Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town, Leash, Indifference

Kathy Romano's Fall Activities 2023 Is The Best List Yet!
Floral & Hardy | Hortulus Farm | Bygone Flowers Workshop at Sycamore & Stone | Historic Bolton Mansion | Cork & Candles | Longwood Gardens | Monsterville | SUDS Factory | Elmwood Park Zoo | Dilworth Park
Fall is here and we are ready to go with all the amazing activities our area has to offer.
Kathy’s Fall Activities list started years ago when I became a mom and was looking for farms to visit, crafts to make and places to take fall photos. My son is a bit older now but we still love fall and taking part in all this beautiful season has to offer.
This year’s list has something for everyone: places to visit with the family, things to do with the kids both young and old, perfect “Girls’ Night” options, and lots to do alone if you prefer to enjoy the season solo.
If you choose to try one of the incredible fall activities on my list, please share your experience with me by tagging me on social media. You can also follow along with my fall adventures at @kathyromano11 on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Happy Fall 2023!
