Concussions and Children; Part I and the Conclusion – WMMR Public Affairs Download

Download August 6th, 2017

Dr. Christina Master, Co-Director of Minds Matter Concussion Program for CHOP and an Associate Professor of the Perelman School of Medicine at UPenn, and Roni Robinson, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for the Division of Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and the Trauma Department for CHOP, dropped by the WMMR Studio to talk about Children and Concussions.  They shared a lot of information including signs for parents to watch for, the protocol for concussion evaluation and the treatment of concussions in children. We also discussed a few studies that Roni and Dr. Master were involved with. Get more information about concussions at the CHOP Website. Just search “Concussion”. Also, be sure to follow CHOP on twitter. Thank you for listening.
