On April 11th, 2000, Pierre Robert had his first of many conversations with members of Stone Temple Pilots. The band had just released their fourth studio album, appropriately titled No. 4. Singer Scott Weiland, who was freshly sober at the time, and guitarist Dean DeLeo visited our studios for an MMaRchive Session that included performances of “Sour Girl”, “Atlanta”, and today’s Live from the MMaRchives pick, “Interstate Love Song”.
