Preston & Steve’s Cardboard Classic, presented by Springfield Mitsubishi and Volkswagen of Springfield. It truly is an event unlike any other. Featuring out-of-this-world cardboard built sleds, created by Preston & Steve + WMMR listeners, as they try to make it down the hill for bragging rights and cash prizes. Categories include Best Design, Best Tito’s Handmade Vodka Sled*, Fastest, and Preston & Steve’s Favorite Fail.

Prizes:

  • Best Design: $1,000 for 1st, $500 for 2nd, $250 for 3rd.
  • Best Tito’s Handmade Vodka Sled*: $1,000.
  • Fastest: $500.
  • Preston & Steve’s Favorite Fail: MMR*B*Q 2024 tickets for the entire team.

*Best Tito’s Handmade Vodka Sled category open to participants 21 years of age and older.

Spectators are welcome to watch all the P&S Cardboard Classic action free of charge. Brent Porche will DJ on the mountainside during the festivities.

Get your cardboard creativity going. Cardboard Classic invites listeners to make sleds using only glue, tape, string, paint and cardboard. The sleds race down the snow-covered hill at Montage to show off their stuff and possibly win prizes based on categories like Best Design, best Tito’s Handmade Vodka theme*, P&S Favorite Fail and Speed. *Best Tito’s Handmade Vodka Sled category open to participants 21 years of age and older.

Friday, March 1st: Collective Soul at 5pm.
Saturday, March 2nd: The 502s start the show… followed by headliner: O.A.R. at 5pm

Mountainfest Ticket Info:

  • NOTE: Preston & Steve’s Cardboard Classic is free to attend, tickets are necessary for the concert that evening and the next day.
  • VIP Packages: VIP is the ONLY 2-Day Pass Option.  Includes skiing, drink tickets, t-shirt, swag, laminate, VIP access areas, front stage reserved viewing area and more.  $249 for VIP, awesome value!
  • GA “Concert-Only” Tickets: On sale, just $42 now, but it’ll be $50 at the door. Buy early and save!
    • Grab a GA Ticket if you just want to attend any of the concerts.
  • Action Pass: Lift Ticket or Tubing options (ski, snowboard, snowtubing) – Single Day only, starting at $50, includes entry to the concert on the day of your visit.
