Day #3 means that we’re halfway through Camp Out For Hunger… and there’s still time to donate!
Return to Dust is a great, young band that we’ve been playing on MMR. When we saw that they would be coming through town during Camp Out, we had to get ’em by! So glad we did, because their acoustic performance on the Philly Pretzel Factory Stage was epic.
We also welcomed our friends from Stauffer Glove & Safety, WSFS, Five Below, Bimbo, NRG, and Principal Financial on the air to make donations. Plus Nifty Fifty’s stopped by with proceeds from our milkshake collab! Of course this event couldn’t be what it is without the hundreds of donors who stopped by throughout the morning. A few of them make their way into the comfy seats in the Privileged Section.
Camp Out For Hunger isn’t complete without a visit from our friend Robert Irvine. He dropped in, quite literally, with a $10,000 pledge from the Irvine Foundation.
