This weekend on MMR, our year in focus is 1985. On July 13th of that year, all eyes were on Philadelphia as Live Aid was broadcast all over the world. The “global jukebox” brought together the biggest names in rock and roll, including Tom Petty, Black Sabbath, Phil Collins, Queen and Bob Dylan, to name a few. WMMR was at JFK Stadium with complete concert coverage. Listen as Brent Porche and Kevin Gunn discuss one of the most important moments in Philadelphia’s musical history.
