Need weekend plans? Check out BamBam’s Wildwood Boardwalk faves.

The Wildwood boardwalk is packed end to end with shops, waterparks, places to eat, and entertainment. Did you know there are over 100 rides and attractions? Day or night there’s always something happening.

It's one of my favorite places to go. I have so much fun walking up and down the boards and stopping by my favorite places. If you get there and feel lost, with no idea of where to start, I've got you covered.

I, Jacky BamBam, can be your ultimate guide for the Wildwood boardwalk. There's something for everyone. From pier to pier, I was entertained by great food, funny statues, and cool shops. I couldn't help but be drawn in by all the sights and sounds of the Wildwood boardwalk.

I went recently and documented my time with tons of pictures. We saw some pretty crazy stuff. I'm including all of my favorites here for you, gang. You gotta try out my faves, let me know what you think, and WATCH THE TRAM CAR PLEASE!

Bobby Rydell's 'Wildwood Days'

Listen to this classic tune and remember Bobby Rydell.

And without further ado...

Here are BamBam’s Wildwood Boardwalk faves:

Bobby Rydell Mural

This series of murals honors Wildwood icons. Bobby Rydell was selected to honor the Wildwoods, NJ anthem – “Wildwood Days” – ‘every day is a holiday, and every night is Saturday night.' The wall is located at Roberts Avenue and the beach in Wildwood, and can be seen from the Boardwalk.

More Of The Icon

The estate and family of the late singer and teen idol Bobby Rydell announced the creation of the Bobby Rydell Foundation. The Foundation aims to keep the music of the past alive. The Foundation has chosen Wildwood, NJ, as the location for a permanent memorial to Bobby Rydell. The statue will be six feet tall and made of bronze.

Curley's Fries

Curley's Fries is located on the front of Surfside and Mariner's Piers. This giant French fry makes me hungry!

Douglass Candies

Gotta love the candy from this place. From fudge to saltwater taffy, they have all the classics.

Going To Check-Out

How could I resist? I wanted to grab the whole store, but this is what would fit in my arms.

I Mean, Look!

The selection here is insane. Look at all the fresh, house-made candies. They're all packed so nicely.

Douglass Pavilion

It’s the most pavilionny pavilion around. The shade it gives on a sunny day is great. You can sit and chow down on your candy and French fries here.

So Sweet Candy Shop

This giant gummy bear sure caught my eye. It's almost the size of me! The colors are so bright and beautiful.

Giant Candy!

This place really contrasts my vampire aesthetic. But look at these crazy lollipops. I felt like Willy Wonka.

My New Throne

This is a throne fit for a candy king. I should add it to my collection.

What's This?

Those shops with the funny t-shirts and fun to stop at and look around. And look what I found. Well..well..well...I'll wait for the official merch!

Giant Fish!

Joe's Fish Co. has all kinds of seafood. It's a restaurant with a kick-ass rooftop bar and good food. And I mean look at this giant fish. So funny.

Franconi's Pizzeria

Pizza is so good. These slices really satisfied my hunger. Do you like mushrooms on pizza? I do!

Mariner's Arcade

Speaking of Willy Wonka, look at this cool arcade game. Arcades are always a great place to have fun at on the boardwalk.

Doo Wop Diner

This 50's style diner in Wildwood is a true icon. You get transported back in time in there. Isn't Betty Boop so cute?

The Rock

Jacky-Wildwood-2.jpgPhoto by Brittany Rotondo

They have band tees, posters, crystals, piercings, and so much more. The Rock Wildwood had me feeling at home. They had all kinds of rock memorabilia everywhere.

All-Rap Spectacular Poster

I spotted this while walking through The Rock. This was a concert that took place in Philadelphia in 1986. What a cool throwback.

Morey's Piers

How can you go to Wildwood and not stop by Morey's Piers? They have all kinds of fun rides and fun carnival games. It's a perfect way to spend your day.
