It’s Friendly’s 88th birthday, gang! I just had to go out and celebrate the big day at Friendly’s in Cinnaminson, NJ.
I stepped out in my Jamey’s House of Music tee to get myself some ice cream from the one and only Friendly’s. You were lucky if you grew up with one of these joints nearby. It’s an ice cream paradise. And their food is delicious, too!
It all started in 1935 when the Blake brothers founded the restaurant during the Great Depression. How amazing is that? It began as a small ice cream shop in Massachusetts called “Friendly.” It quickly became a place where all families could come and enjoy a meal together. They have grown to produce 25 MILLION gallons of ice cream annually. Wow.
They celebrate Friendly’s Founders Day with all kinds of freebies and deals, including $0.88 scoops of ice cream. Head on over to your local Friendly’s to celebrate their birthday like I did! I had a blast at the restaurant. They really know how to make your experience a great one.
There’s always an excuse to go get some ice cream. ESPECIALLY Friendly’s 88th birthday! So go celebrate with them, gang. You know you want some ice cream.
