Mobile Ticketing
Tickets and parking passes are sent through the MLB Ballpark app (download on App Store or Google Play). Access your tickets ahead of time and, if using an Apple device, add them to your Apple Wallet. Share tickets with others in your group to speed up entry. Screenshots of tickets won’t work.
Parking
Parking is cashless—use credit/debit cards or mobile payments (Apple Pay/Google Pay). Tailgating is allowed in specific lots five hours before game time; others open three hours before. Keep your parking pass ready at the entrance.
Transportation
SEPTA’s Broad Street Line offers convenient access to Citizens Bank Park. NRG Station, just a 7-minute walk away, connects fans to events efficiently. Sports Express service stops at Fern Rock, Olney, Erie, Girard, and more, with City Hall to NRG taking about 11 minutes. Riders from Temple University reach NRG in 19 minutes. Bag Policy
Non-clear bags, including backpacks, are not allowed. Clear bags, small purses, diaper and medical bags are okay. Prohibited items can be returned to your vehicle or stored in lockers ($10 fee). Smoking is not allowed.
