So, what makes Kuro so special? “Kuro at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City features contemporary Japanese dishes made from a combination of ingredients that are locally sourced and imported from Japan,” USA Today notes. “Diners can pair sushi, tempura, grilled meats, and fresh seafood with an assortment of Japanese whiskies, shochu, sake, and wine.” Only one other hotel in the Northeast made the cut, and it’s Mohonk Mountain House’s Main Dining Room in New Paltz, New York. As for what makes this spot so great, the restaurant “allows guests to enjoy panoramic views of the Catskill Mountains as they delight in farm-to-table cuisine from an award-winning culinary team.” On top of that, Breakfast and lunch are served as buffets, while dinner is a three-course fine dining experience.” That sounds delicious and like a one-of-a-kind experience.
