The Chocolate Meltdown is the premier event to support Hope Loves Company, the only non-profit in the U.S. with the mission of providing educational and emotional support to the children and young adults who had or have a loved one battling ALS or Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
Attendees will enjoy all sorts of incredible chocolate, candy, food and drinks while taking in the beautiful scenery at the Adventure Aquarium’s Currents ballroom and Shark Realm.
Think of it as Trick-or-Treating for adults!

LOCATION: Adventure Aquarium, One Riverside Drive, Camden, NJ
VIP RECEPTION: 6:00 – 7:30 PM VIP guests will get the opportunity to spend an hour and a half in the main aquarium after hours. VIP exclusives include a champagne bar, butlered hors d’oeuvres, a raw seafood bar, pasta bar, and hands on interaction with live exhibits including a chance to meet one-on-one with a penguin. VIP’s will also receive a Chocolate Rose which is a chance to win our 50/50 Raffle.
THE MELTDOWN: 6:30 – 9:30 PM The main event will take place in the Currents Ballroom and Shark Realm. Guests can walk through the shark tunnel while enjoying an open bar, food, chocolate fountains, and every type of sweet treat imaginable.
There will be a Silent Auction where everyone can bid on incredible trips, experiences, sports tickets and memorabilia, and more.
Attendees and Non-Attendees can buy a Chocolate Rose for $25 for a chance to win our 50/50 Raffle. (Last year our winner walked away with over $3,000!)
