The Philadelphia Hot Sauce Festival is Co-produced by Whitehouse Station Sauce Company and Cast Iron Kyle.
Chose one of the four sessions to come out and sample 25 of the region’s best hot sauces. An esteemed panel of judges will award prizes. There will be plenty of food and drinks available from Canstatter Volkfest-Verein Biergarten. Special Guest appearance by Anthony “Hot Sauce King” Merenda. Whitehouse Station Sauce Company is a family owned and operated company located in scenic Hunterdon County, New Jersey. It is the brainchild of Jon Kasper, a culinary graduate of the prestigious Johnson and Wales University.
Kyle Seip is a cast iron cooking enthusiast and amateur chef. Not only does he share tricks for cooking with cast iron and tips on how to properly clean it, he also restores and sells vintage skillets. Bon Appetit magazine named him the “Instagram King of Old Pans.” He’s also a huge fan of The Preston & Steve Show. You have heard his most famous contributions with the Casey-isms segment.
