Preston & Steve's Day Off at Dorney

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

These rules apply to WMMR’s Day Off at Dorney Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WMMR (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at https://wmmr.com/official-contest-rules/ apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.

1. HOW TO ENTER a. The Contest will begin on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 and end on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. b. To enter, listen to the Station each weekday beginning on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 and ending on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 between 8:00am and 8:30am, and again between 10:00am and 10:30am Eastern Time (“ET”) for the announcement of the unique Dorney Digital Word of the Day (“Keyword”). Each weekday’s announcement will have a unique Keyword. Once an entrant hears the Keyword, entrant may enter via the following method: i. Visit https://wmmr.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator. ii. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person per Keyword regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entrants are not permitted to use multiple email addresses. The deadline to enter each Keyword is 11:59pm ET on the day of the airing of the Keyword, except for Wednesday, July 10th- the entry deadline for that day is 11am ET. Any entries received after 11:59pm ET (or 11:00am on 7/10) or any entries with the incorrect Keyword will be disqualified. c. There will be up to a total of forty-one (41) winners selected in the Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS a. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.

3. PRIZES a. Up to forty-one (41) Prizes will be awarded. The Prize consists of four (4) tickets for Preston & Steve's Day Off at Dorney, a special event taking place Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom in Allentown, PA, including early entrance and access to a limited number of rides for attendees that arrive and enter between 8:00am and 9:30am. Any winners that do not arrive between those times, will not be permitted to enter the park before normal hours (beginning at 10:30am). Tickets are valid for Thursday, July 11, 2024 only. Parking will also be provided at no cost to the winner. Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $209.96. Actual value may vary and any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. All other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the winner. If a prize-related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond the control of the Station and prize provider, the prize will become null and void. No refunds or compensation will be made in the event of a cancellation. b. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed as notified at the time of winning. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed prior to the start of the event. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER a. At least two (2) Prize winners will be selected at approximately 9am ET on the following day for each keyword (approx 11am on Wed 7/10) in a Station-conducted random drawing from all combined eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period. Potential Prize winners will be notified by email promptly following the random drawing. b. Odds of winning depend on the number of combined eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period. c. Entrants need not listen to the Station or be present to win. d. Winner must confirm acceptance of prize within five (5) hours of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries. e. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

5. CONDITIONS a. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at https://wmmr.com/. b. For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at https://wmmr.com/. c. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, One Bala Plaza, Suite 401, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.
