Pierre Robert

For April Fools’ Day, Pierre Robert played an extended Workforce Block of cover songs on 93.3 WMMR Philadelphia. He’ll play another set each day this week at 1pm. See his playlist for Monday, April 1st below, and check Pierre’s page for more cool covers later this week.

April Fools is traditionally reserved for pranks and jokes, but we didn’t want to trick anybody – we just wanted to have some musical fun! Hearing your favorite bands play a song that’s not their own, and listening to creative (or even downright weird) interpretations of the classics sounds like fun to us, which is why we decided to keep it going all week long.

Listen to Pierre weekdays from 10:30am to 3pm. The Workforce Blocks kick off at 12pm daily. Listen on your radio, via the free MMR App, right here on WMMR.com or you can ask your smart speaker to “Open MMR”.

If you have a suggestion for Pierre during his show, you can call it in to the request line at 215-263-WMMR. You can also text the studio any time at 39333.
