March 25th marks the day that we lost Taylor Hawkins, the drummer and backbone of the Foo Fighters. His death was a shock to the music world, and WMMR was up all night with tributes when the news broke.

Taylor was so beloved, not only by fans, but by his peers. When his bandmates announced a pair of tribute concerts, we knew they would be a convergence of rock royalty that was not to be missed.

Pierre Robert was on site at the second tribute show in Los Angeles at the Kia Forum, as were Connor and Sara from the WMMR family. The entire event was recorded and was certainly worthy of a theatrical release. While we wait for that epic concert film, here’s a few highlights that stood out in a night full of memorable moments.
