Preston & Steve’s Cardboard Classic 2024 was legendary.

The event, presented by Springfield Mitsubishi and Volkswagen of Springfield, was unlike any other that we’ve hosted. Our new home at Montage Mountain is a perfect fit. With one year under our belt, we were able to roll in for the sophomoric event and come out big! Shout out to the Montage Mountain staff as well as the entire MMR Team for working together to achieve the biggest and best Cardboard Classis we’ve even thrown.

But the stars of the show (just like every year) are the listeners! The creative that we see on the tubing hill is unprecedented. From massive 30 person sleds, to beautifully crafted solo vessels, we’re constantly blown away. Seriously, how do you keep outdoing yourselves? The attention to details and the little Preston & Steve Show Easter Eggs in the designs are magnificent. There’s nothing else in the world like Preston & Steve’s Cardboard Classic.

Keep an eye out for the list of 2024 winning sleds including Preston & Steve’s Favorite Fail and new this year, the Best Tito’s Handmade Vodka Sled.

Our friend, William Thomas Cain of Cain Images, Video & Design snapped wild photos of the event this year. Scroll through them all to check out the sleds. Here’s a link to the originals if you want a higher res version to brag with on social media. Friendly reminder: support photographers for their work always include photo credit!!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Preston & Steve’s Cardboard Classic or supported from afar. Lots more coverage coming soon.
