Hot off of our Phillies Spring Training adventure, The Preston & Steve Show moved over to the beach for the second day of Florida Broadcasts. Friday morning’s show was coming to you live from Coco’s Crush Bar & Grill in Clearwater Beach.

A list of great guests stopped by for the outdoor show under the sunny Florida Sky. The Phillie Phantic’s Best Friend, former Philadelphia Eagle Hollis Thomas and old and new friends of the show from Philly Sports Trips.

Most importantly though, we got the scoop from a very excited CaseyBoy who had his first ever live, up close experience with a wild alligator. He was giddy to say the least.

None of this amazing morning would be possible without the help of Coco’s Crush bar who hosted the show just outside the bar and grill. They turned their parking lot into a mobie radio studio. Thanks also to our friends at Philly Sports Trips who are the premiere people to go with when planning to attend away games for Philadelphia Sports Teams.

In the gallery below we share photos of our favorite moments. Popping by early in the morning was the Phillie Phanatic’s closest friend, Tom Burgoyne. He’s been part of Phillies organization and coming to Spring training for over 31 Years.

We got a chance to chat with one of the heads of Philly Sports Trips, Vince Rizzuto. His interview was abruptly – but awesomely – crashed by Philadelphia Eagles great Hollis Thomas. He’s a frequent guest at Philly Sports Trips events and a fan favorite.

Tenured Phillies broadcaster, Gregg Murphy, was in the area calling the game for the team a day before. We got his predictions for the upcoming season and the team’s pitching line-up. There was also breaking news regarding a merger of Gregg and CaseyBoy’s teams for the Ben To The Shore bike ride.

Allstar guests weren’t the only people filling the audience. Loads of Preston & Steve Show loyal listeners packed in as the morning went on. Lots were rocking great ‘No Sad Bro’ and “MMR” t-shirts as they filed into line at 9 am to get their hands on one of the many famous fresh squeezed crushes from Coco’s!

The mixture of travelers from the Greater Philadelphia Area, transplants, and Florida natives made the morning a great time. Thank you for welcoming us to our new favorite Clearwater Beach spot. GO PHILS!
