(00:00:02) Dr Rosenberg with the Great American Smoke Out. Dr. Rosenberg sets up the process he uses with hypnosis to help people stop smoking. He then goes into the other room with our 10 guest who are ready to quit smoking and starts the process and we listen in to see how the progress is going.
(00:10:16) Remembering Steve’s Father Steve’s father passed away last Friday in Dallas. Around his 92nd birthday he wanted to chronicle his journal audibly. Over 2 years he recorded it, it is 6 hours of audio. When he passed Steve listened to the recordings and it really helped him through the pain. They play back a few clips from Steve’s dad’s audio journal. Steve hopes that other people will record their parents’ stories not just to have but to pass on their stories.
