Conan O’Brien will make an appearance on the Tonight Show, the first since his departure from the show 14 years ago. Mario Van Peebles has been chosen to direct a film about Buddy Holly. Julia Garner has joined the cast of the new Fantastic Four.

Avoiding Minor Inconveniences: Preston is thinking about getting into yoga, but he’s not sure if he wants to take the time. The gang talks about other minor things that they think are too much of a hassle, and then take calls from listeners who talk about how they choose to avoid minor inconveniences.

Bizarre Files: Thieves stole over $30M from a Los Angeles money storage facility on Easter Sunday. NASA is analyzing a two-pound object that crashed through a Florida man’s roof. A German man was given a 3-month suspended sentence after admitting to urinating on the floor of an airplane.

Bizarre Files : An Alabama woman is in custody after officers found four lbs of cocaine in the backpack of her three-year-old. One of Britan’s most wanted fugitives was captured after 27 years on the run. A Florida man refused to pay for a $250,000 Waffle House tattoo.

Hollywood Trash/Music News: The 2021 version of Papa Roach’s Last Resort with Jeris Johnson has reached gold status. Black Veil Brides are hosting a virtual blood drive in support of the Red Cross. Tom Morello has announced an intimate solo show in London.

The band released their debut album in 1988 with 'Surfer Rosa,' and released three more albums before they broke up in 1992. Francis embarked on a solo career and changed his stage name to Frank Black.

  The "Call Me By Your Name" singer celebrates his birthday on April 9. He became famous with his 2018 Billy Ray Cyrus collaboration, "Old Town Road." During the course of this, he came out as gay, becoming the only artist to do so while having a number-one record.

• Albert Hammond Jr.

  The Strokes guitarist was born on April 9, 1980, in Los Angeles. Hammond Jr. began playing the guitar at age nine. He was asked to join The Strokes in 1998, the last member to join the band. In 2007, he released a solo album, titled 'Yours to Keep.'

  Born on April 9, 1990 in Los Angeles, the 'Spencer' star's first big role was at age 12 in David Foster's 'Panic Room.' Stewart achieved global stardom once she starred in the 'Twilight' films, which is one of the highest-grossing film franchises of all time.

• Chris Stapleton

  The "Cold" singer celebrates his birthday on April 15. Stapleton initially wanted to a pursue engineering, but dropped out of college to pursue a music career. He moved to Nashville and was quickly signed as a songwriter in 2001. After being in two bands, he became a solo artist by 2013, releasing his debut studio album, 'Traveller,' two years later.
• Samira Wiley

  Born on April 15, 1987 in Washington, D.C., is another 'Orange is the New Black' alum who has an April birthday. She attended Juilliard in New York City, studying in theater performance, and worked mainly in theater in her early career. Wiley also stars in the dystopian drama series 'The Handmaid's Tale.'

  Quickly becoming one of our favorite actresses, the Miami native was born on April 16, 1996. Taylor-Joy left school at the age of 16 to pursue an acting career. After landing small roles in television series 'Endeavor' and 'Atlantis,' she made her breakthrough in the lead role in the acclaimed horror film, 'The Witch.'

• Maynard James Keenan

  This "Tool" celebrates his birthday on April 17. Before becoming a musician Keenan was in the army and worked interior design and set construction. He reluctantly agreed to form Tool in 1990 with Adam Jones, Danny Carey, and Paul D'Amour, who would later be replaced by Justin Chancellor. The band released their debut studio album, 'Undertow,' in 1993.
• Victoria Beckham

  The Chinese-Canadian actor was born on April 19, 1989. Before becoming an actor, Liu worked as an accountant at Deloitte but was laid off. He was a stuntman and an extra in his early career, appearing in 'Pacific Rim,' 'Heroes Reborn,' and Avicii's music video for "I Could Be The One."

  The 'American Horror Story' alum was born on April 20, 1949 in Minnesota. She has achieved the Triple Crown of Acting: a Tony Award, two Academy Awards, and three Primetime Emmy Awards. Lange made her film debut in the 1976 remake 'King Kong.'

  The Stooges vocalist celebrates his birthday on April 21. Born James Newell Osterberg in Michigan, the "Godfather of Punk" learned how to play drums in fifth grade. After being a drummer for The Iguanas in the 60s, the musician earned the nickname "Iggy."

He began managing future bandmates Daron Malakian and Serj Tankian's Soil in 1993, before they asked him to be their bassist in 1995. They formed System of a Down, named after a poem titled "Victims of a Down," written by Malakian.
