Crock Pot Recipe: Nick’s Beef Taco Dip

Featured in the “Rock Out With Your Crock Out” Crock Pot Cook Off

Ingredients: 

  • Ground beef (browned)
  • Refried beans
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Jalapeño
  • Salsa
  • Sriracha
  • Cumin
  • Chili powder
  • Cayenne

Directions:

  1. Put them in the crock pot.
  2. Set to “Low” for 4 to 6 hours.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips, preferably freshly prepared by a Mexican.
