U2 Tease Live Announcement Tomorrow: Facebook
U2 teased that they will go live on Facebook tomorrow for what they’re calling “The Blackout”. Their post says: “‘The Blackout’, just for you. From the upcoming album Songs of Experience. Tune in August 30th. First single, ‘You’re The Best Thing About Me’ coming Sept. 6th, along with all the album news. “In the darkness, where we learn to see”.”

DAN AUERBACH Premieres Clip For ‘Stand By My Girl’: Rolling Stone
Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys premiered a video for a song off of his latest solo record. The cheeky clip for “Stand By My Girl” follows a 1950s femme fatal as her seemingly innocent interactions with her husband become more and more suspicious. Watch the video below.
METALLICA, MASTODON and More Team Up To Release Pink Vinyl for Charity: WMMR.com
Metallica, Mastodon, and Gwar are among the bands taking part in this year’s Ten Bands One Cause project to fight cancer. Each band will release pink vinyl editions of their latest albums, with proceeds going to Gilda’s Club in New York City. The vinyl is available for purchase now on 10bands1cause.com.
