Alex Trebek’s Final ‘Jeopardy!’ Episode Will Air Christmas Day
According to The Wrap, Alex taped his final shows on October 29, 10 days before his death. This 37th season of the show began in September and producers have announced that his last new episode will air on Christmas Day.
Jeopardy! announced yesterday that Alex Trebek passed away after his battle with pancreatic cancer. To date, producers have not shared any plans for a new host although Alex himself mentioned a few potential replacements during an interview earlier this summer. His suggestions: LA Kings play-by-play announcer or legal analyst, Laura Coates.
