Tommy Lee is participating in a special eBay auction benefitting the California Bonsai Society’s Ben Oki Scholarship Fund.

Up for bid is what’s being called a “once in a lifetime opportunity to create a bonsai landscape” with the Motley Crue drummer.

The listing notes, “The winner and two second chance runners up will attend a four hour workshop with Tommy and Robert Pressler, President of California Bonsai society, where you will create a bonsai landscape or Saikei that they will then keep and take home.”

The bidding for this experience closes at 9 PM ET on Saturday, April 8. As the time of publishing, the current bid stands at $5,150.

This workshop is ideal for bidders local to the greater Los Angeles area as it will take place on Saturday, April 15 from 9-1. All proceeds from the auction with benefit the California Bonsai Society’s Ben Oki Scholarship Fund. The fund was created in honor of Oki, who “devoted most of his life to enjoying and sharing bonsai.” Full details about the scholarship can be found at CaliforniaBonsaiSociety.com.
