We’re a few months into 2023, which means some of the most popular and acclaimed television shows have new seasons on the way soon. There are a few that we’ve been counting down the days for, and others that were announced so long ago that we forgot about…. until now.

  • The Mandalorian, Season 3

    Where to Watch: Disney+ 

    When It Premieres: Wednesday, March 1st 

    What You Will See: Exiled by his Mandalorian clan for breaking their traditions, Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) seeks out other sects of his adoptive warrior race and ventures to their home planet of Mandalore in an attempt to atone for his perceived sins. 

  • Ted Lasso, Season 3

    Where to Watch: Apple TV+ 

    When It Premieres: Wednesday, March 15th 

    What You Will See: In what may be its final season, Ted Lasso returns to Richmond and the tale of its titular, lovable American football coach (Jason Sudeikis) as he works to take the town’s Premiere League team to the top, alongside a staff including new assistant coach Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein). 

     

  • Succession, Season 4

    Where to Watch: HBO 

    When It Premieres: Friday, March 24th 

    What You Will See: The prospect of the sale of media conglomerate Waystar Royco to tech visionary Lukas Matsson (Alexander Skarsgård) provokes existential angst and familial division among the Roys as they anticipate what their lives will look like once the deal is completed. 

     

  • Barry, Season 4

    Where to Watch: HBO 

    When It Premieres: Spring 

    What You Will See: The titular hitman (Bill Hader) returns for the show’s final season, with Barry’s struggle to go straight hitting a climax as those he has wronged in the past reappear and he realizes that he is putting the people he cares about at risk.  

  • The Bear, Season 2

    Where to Watch: Hulu 

    When It Premieres: Summer 

    What You Will See: After doubling down on a dream shared with his late brother in the buzzed-about and highly-acclaimed first season, Michelin star-winning chef Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto (Jeremy Allen White) will learn if that dream is actually a nightmare.

  • Good Omens, Season 2

    Where to Watch: Amazon Prime Video 

    When It Premieres: Summer 

    What You Will See: Over three years after its premiere, Good Omens returns as the demon Crowley (David Tennant) and angel Aziraphale (Michael Sheen) go on new adventures with old friends and solve some “extremely mysterious mysteries” while encountering new humans, angels, and demons. 

  • Loki, Season 2

    Where to Watch: Disney+ 

    When It Premieres: Summer 

    What You Will See: Loki (Tom Hiddleston) must unravel the mess unleashed by the death of He Who Remains (Jonathan Majors), but first, he will have to re-establish his friendship with Mobius M. Mobius (Owen Wilson) and determine the new nature of the Time Variance Authority.

  • The Boys, Season 4

    Where to Watch: Amazon Prime Video 

    When It Premieres: Late 2023/Early 2024 

    What You Will See: With Annie January / Starlight (Erin Moriarty) now on their side, the lovable crew of superhero “problem solvers” set their sights on bringing down Vought International while the company’s golden boy Homelander (Antony Starr) aspires to more than just adoration from his loyal fans.
