Happy 80th Birthday To The One And Only Mick Jagger

WOW! A rock and roll legend is 80 years old today, July 26. Happy birthday Mick Jagger!
Sir Michael Philip Jagger was born on this day in 1943. He once sang “what a drag it is getting old,” but it certainly hasn’t dragged him down! He’s as lively as ever with no sign of slowing down at 80. It’s remarkable. The front man is still strutting in packed arenas. He’s most recently been touring Europe to mark the Rolling Stones’ 60th anniversary.
As you all know, I love the The Rolling Stones. They are my favorite band. I remember hearing their songs on the radio. I was hooked by their sound. It was raw, it was energetic, and unapologetically rock ‘n roll.
I even learned to dance and strut like Jagger out of admiration. Hs music is so important to me and my life. It was the best, and funniest, way to pay tribute to one of my favorite musicians. He’s got that soul. He’s got that thing. And I think I move like him pretty well…LOL.
So happy birthday Mick Jagger. You are a living legend! Being 80 surely hasn’t slowed you down one bit. Keep rockin’ it.
