On August 30, 1989, “When I See You Smile” by Bad English was released. It was the second single taken from Bad English’s 1989 self-titled debut album. The power ballad is the band’s most successful song, reaching number one in the United States and Canada. The single’s B-side is “Rockin’ Horse.”

My friend, John Waite is a legend. The Golden Voice of The Babys and Bad English. This song is an instant classic. Make sure you celebrate it today by listening to it and enjoying it! It’s an amazing tune.

Happy anniversary to this great track, “When I See You Smile” by Bad English.
