John Mellencamp, Bruce Springsteen Release Duet ‘Wasted Days’
John Mellencamp and Bruce Springsteen’s long-reported collaboration has finally been released.
Embedded below, the track is titled “Wasted Days,” and it comes with its own music video featuring the two singer-songwriter icons. Per Mellencamp’s website, the video was “…directed and produced by filmmaker and frequent Springsteen collaborator Thom Zimny. Mellencamp and Springsteen filmed the video together in New Jersey this September.”
This marks the first time ever Mellencamp and Springsteen released a collaboration. In the lead-up to the song’s release, Mellencamp and Springsteen made headlines after they were spotted together in Bloomington, Ind. and in Asbury Park, N.J.
