WMMR’s Back to School A to Z is back for the 2023 edition.

Kick back and enjoy listening to thousands of songs from the MMR library played in alphabetical order. It's a true crash course in EVERYTHING THAT ROCKS!

A- A Is for APP, The WMMR APP. With it, you can take the A to Z anywhere.

B- B is for the BIGGEST musical library in Philly radio.

C- C Is for the CONNECTION music and radio can create in our community

D- D is for the live and local DJ’s WMMR has. It’s not like that everywhere.

E- E is for Everything That Rocks.

F- F is for FUN. There’s no reason this can't be fun.

G- G is for GENRE, which is a fancy French word for many kinds of music.

H- H is for HASHTAG- As in use #WMMRAtoZ on FB, Insta, TikTok or X

I- I is for IMAGINATION as you try to guess what song may be next.

J- J is for JOY, which rock n' roll can dole out at a moment’s notice.

K- Is for KICKING as in “ass”.

L- Is for LOUD, which is the way we like it.

M- M- Is for MEMORIES that you already have and those you’ve yet to be made.

N- N is for musically, NOTHING being off the (turn) table.

O- Is for the shape of your mouth when you hear what we’re playing next!

P- Is for PARTICIPATION. We’d love to know what kind of “A to Z” you’re having. Call, text, or post.

Q- Q is for QUAINT, which we ain’t. Ever.

R- R is for ROCK and ROLL. Can’t have one without the other.

S- S is for the many SURPRISES we have for you along with way.

T- T is for TRAINWRECK; when certain song segues go completely off the rails.

U- U if for UNDERDOGS, those rare songs that mean the most to you!

V- V is for VITALITY. If you have it, you have it all!

W- W is for WMMR.com, where you can follow along with the A to Z.

X- X is always the letter that’s least utilized in the A to Z

Y- Y is for YOU, our loyal listeners. Without you, the is no us.

Hey! Mind your P's and Q's, because we finished the perfect letter "P" and the quaint letter "Q." We played songs by the Prince of Darkness and the Piano Man. Click here to see the "P + Q" songs.
