FOO FIGHTERS Post Animated Video That Explains New Album: WMMR.com
The Foo Fighters released their new album Concrete and Gold today (9/15), and they also posted a delightful animated video to go with it. The clip is narrated by Dave Grohl and explains how the album came to be, including how he met producer Greg Kurstin at a Hawaiian restaurant and how Justin Timberlake got to sing on the record.
MMR’s Foo Fighters Weekend kicks off tomorrow, with chances to win a free copy of the album and qualify for a trip to Nashville to see the band live.
EVANESCENCE Showcase New Direction in ‘Imperfection’: Loudwire
Evanescence premiered a song today that’s equal parts symphonic and electronic. “Imperfection” is one of two new songs that will appear on the LP Synthesis, out November 10th. The rest of the tracks are revamped versions of pre-existing Evanescence songs, now backed by a full orchestra. The band will be touring with said orchestra this fall, and their show comes to the Tower Theatre on November 2nd.
Watch MARILYN MANSON Terrorize Suburbia In New Video: Rolling Stone
Marilyn Manson and a quintet of evil nuns wreak havoc on suburbia in the graphic video for “WE KNOW WHERE YOU F***ING LIVE”. The video is most definitely Not Safe For Work (but what else would you expect from the Antichrist Superstar?) Due out October 6th, Manson’s new album Heaven Upside Down is a stylistic departure from his last release The Pale Emperor, even with Tyler Bates producing both records.
Marilyn Manson will be at Rock Allegiance on October 7th, and some tickets still remain.
