GHOST Announce Fall North American Tour: Loudwire
Ghost will embark on a headlining tour of North America this fall, with a stop at the Tower Theater here in Philadelphia. The tour announcement comes on the heels of a successful album release with Prequelle, which reached #3 on the on the Billboard 200 charts in its debut week. Tickets for the Tower show on December 11th will go on sale this Friday at LiveNation.com.
EVANCESCENCE Unveil ‘Hi-Lo’ Video: Loudwire
Evanescence debuted a performance video that finds the group collaborating with violinist and tourmate Lindsey Stirling. Together they perform “Hi-Lo” off of Synthesis, which is the new Evanescence album that features orchestral versions of songs from their catalog, plus a few new tracks. Check out the video here. The band, along with Stirling, will be live at the BB&T Pavilion on July 17th.
TOOL ‘Making Great Progress’ On New Album: Loudwire
Tool continue to make progress on their new album, however slow, and gave fans a tease with another studio photo, which you can see here. The caption reads: “Justin Chancellor’s bass setup in the studio. Sounds like he is making great progress recording in ‘a great studio.'” Last year Chancellor said: “We’ve been really picky over what we want to put on this new album [and] we have endless amounts of material to sift through, so it’s just been a process.” Tool entered the studio back in March with producer Joe Barresi.
