Lzzy Hale Tapped to Host Season Three of AXS TV’s ‘A Year in Music’
Lzzy Hale is stepping in front of the camera for a new hosting opportunity.
Hale has been announced as the season three host for AXS TV’s rock and culture series A Year In Music. The show examines various years in music history and delves into the of the biggest acts, stories and trends that impacted the industry.
Among the years covered in the new season of A Year In Music include 2001, which will highlight the impact the 9/11 terrorist attacks had on music, and 1986, which will highlight various philanthropic anthems like “We Are The World” and “True Colors.”
In a statement on her new hosting gig, Hale said, “Music is a true passion of mine, and I have always been intrigued by how it so perfectly reflects the social and historical happenings of the time in which it is created. Hosting A Year In Music is a dream come true for me, as it allows me to both discuss and learn about music’s impact on history and then share that knowledge with music lovers across the world. I am grateful to AXS TV for this incredible opportunity and I cannot wait for it to air!
Season three of A Year in Music premieres on October 4 at 9:30 PM ET/6:30 PM PT on AXS TV.
