The Connoisseur has found the perfect summertime cheeseboard! It’s made on the grill and it’s entirely editable.

The process starts by spreading fruits, nuts and herbs across an oiled pizza pan.  Next, add tin foil discs to create divots into the bread board where the cheese will be added later. Lay the pizza dough over the pan and let it rise before taking it out to the grill. That’s where the fun begins!
