Jaxon’s Jeep Club Convoy to Camp Out For Hunger
Calling all Jeep drivers!
We are coordinating a joint effort with WMMR/Jaxon’s Jeep Club, Wicked Jeeps, 215 Jeep Crew, Delaware Jeep Association & Jeeps For Joy to organize a Jeep convoy to Preston & Steve’s Camp Out for Hunger 2015 on Wednesday, December 2nd.
Camp Out is the largest single-sponsor food drive in the nation and collects record amounts of food for Philabundance. Last year a Porsche club had 108 cars in their convoy and donated 7,400 pounds of food. Our goal is to double those numbers! Please start collecting non-perishable food items to donate.
We will have Lot H at Xfinity Live in South Philly (Camp Out location) reserved for Jeep Parking before and after the convoy. Load up your rigs with food and we’ll all meet in Lot H at 1:30 p.m. We’ll organize our convoy and I (Jaxon) will lead us over to the drop off location just before 3 p.m. I’ll jump on the air at 3 to continue the live broadcast coverage and we’ll chat with club admins about the convoy, the effort, and hopefully some record-crushing numbers!
Thanks to Wicked Jeeps & Quadratec, we’ll also have a raffle for some cool Jeep stuff (must be present to win) with proceeds going towards Philabundance.
If you’ve never been to Camp Out for Hunger, there is a large heated tent and plenty of room to hang out! So if you can make time and skip out of work that day for a great cause, we’d love to have you join us. Let’s make this huge and show everyone just how awesome our Jeep community is!

Parking Details
Jeep parking in the H Lot is accessible via the 11th street parking lot, but also from Broad Street entrance (best to enter from Broad Street). Thru the entrance gate, make a right and then quick left (attendant at the entrance will be able to direct people to H lot). 1:30 p.m meet time. 2:45 p.m convoy. We have a drop off circle set up, so all we have to do is line em’ up and drive through. The MMR Crew will help unload your donations, drive back to lot H to park, and then walk over to the tent to join us for the live broadcast.
