FRANCES BEAN Posts First Public Song On Instagram: WMMR.com
Frances Bean Cobain, the daughter of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, shared her first song on Instagram. The caption of the post read in part: “I’m SUPER restless because I can’t play guitar with long nails so I’m just sitting in my room alone singin to mah self. not having a TV in my house is the best decision because I’m forced to occupy my time with things that feed my brain & soul instead of wasting energy on thinking about not having to think.” She later took the video down from Instagram, but footage is still circulating on YouTube. Today (4/5) is the anniversary of Kurt Cobain’s passing. He took his own life at his home in Seattle in 1994.
COREY TAYLOR Offers Update On SLIPKNOT Album: Loudwire
In a recent interview with Billboard, Corey Taylor gives Slipknot fans an update on their next album. He says: “The guys are writing tons of music and I’ve written lyrics to almost all of it… we’re gonna try and put an album out next year. however, that is all speculation. The best way to make God laugh is to announce your plans out loud. So I’m just going with the flow.”
In the meantime, Corey will be on the road with Stone Sour later this year, opening for Ozzy Osbourne. That’s coming to the BB&T in Camden on September 12th.
