‘Yesterday’ Parody Trailer Sees Beatles Replaced with GWAR

The Beatles-themed film Yesterday recently crossed the $100 million mark with its worldwide gross, but perhaps the film would have made even more money had it been about GWAR instead.
Okay, maybe not. However, YouTube channel Ryan’s Shorts created a new parody trailer for YesterSlay that instead imagines a world without GWAR instead of the Beatles, and it’s rather brilliant.
If you needed an example today that the internet isn’t always a forever-burning dumpster fire, look no further than the video below. The late Dave Brockie/Oderus Urungus must be looking down (or maybe up?) at this and smiling.
