The Circle K NHRA Four-Wide Nationals 2023 was the fifth of 22 events in the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series. It was held at zMax Dragway in Concord, North Carolina, on April 28–30, 2023.

zMAX Dragway is part of the Charlotte Motor Speedway complex and is home to the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals. The track opened in 2004 and has a length of 1,320 feet (402 m). It is the only four-lane drag strip in the NHRA. They have hosted several major events, including the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals, the NHRA Carolina Nationals, and the NHRA Southern Nationals. The track has also hosted several other events, such as the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series and the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series.
