Two Rocks Rye – ‘Plucky’
It’s Brent Porche back with you on a Wednesday evening, and it’s time for another song from MMR’s Local Shots Artist of the Month for June, hailing from the Doylestown area: Two Rocks Rye.
Since it’s the end of the month, this means this is our final spin with Matt and Benjamin and Brian and Brendan of Two Rocks Rye. Even after June wraps up, though, you will forever be able to find them up on their band page here on our site. If you dig what you hear, make sure you give them a follow on socials. Plus, you can dig into our archive of Philly based music in the Local Shots HQ.
Two Rocks Rye has a couple of area shows this weekend. If you want to catch them live, they’re going to be at PJ Whelihan’s in Bluebell, PA this Friday, June 28th. They’ll also be at the Lake Naomi Club in Pocono Pines on Saturday, June 29th.
This final song of the month is off of the new album from Two Rocks Rye, Back to Shine, which is out now everywhere. It’s called “Plucky.” Check it out below, and let us know what you think of the song on Instagram and Facebook.
