The Who Playing “Won’t Get Fooled Again” on Classroom Instruments is a Thing of Joy
Need a pick-me-up? Love The Who? Then you need to check out Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend performing “Won’t Get Fooled Again” on classroom instruments on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
The two rock icons took part in the recurring Tonight Show segment with Fallon and The Roots, and for a song as powerful as “Won’t Get Fooled Again,” it didn’t lose any strength when played on children’s musical toys. Also, the sight of Townshend jamming on a toy ukelele is almost too adorable for words.
The Who bring their “Moving On!” tour to Philly on Saturday, May 25th and The Roots are from Philly…. just saying… [tickets]
