Tyler Steinbronn got up on stage with The Killers on Saturday night at the WFC
And he KILLED IT on the drums! (See what we did there?)
So imagine this: you go to see your favorite band, wearing the band’s t-shirt, and you’ve been playing the drums your whole life. What do you do? Well, if you’re Tyler Steinbronn, you bring a sign that simply reads “Me + Drums = Reasons”, get those General Admission tickets, arrive early, freeze your butt off in the cold, fight Eagles traffic, get into the building, work your way to the front of the crowd, hold up that sign, and hope for the best. Easy, right?! Well, it becomes a lot easier when Brandon Flowers actually sees your sign, announces to the audience that “Against my better judgment, I’m going to go ahead and do this” and then he invites you up on stage!
Ronnie Vannucci Jr., The Killers’ drummer, graciously stepped aside and Tyler hopped behind the kit for the song, “For Reasons Unknown”. And then Tyler went ahead and blew the roof off the joint!
Tyler was on our show this morning and told us the whole tale!

As Tyler writes on his Instagram account:
Last night was the best night of my life. I waited for hours outside the Wells Fargo center in the freezing cold to get a shot a seeing The Killers up close, and during the concert I held up a sign asking to play drums on stage for the song “For Reasons Unknown”.
