Free N95 Masks Arriving at Pharmacies and Stores Around PA
Free N95 masks at pharmacies and health centers around the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware area will be available to all residents as part of the Biden administration’s push to combat the omicron variant.
According to the CDC, a N95 mask is the best COVID-19 protection of any disposable mask.
The federal government plans to distribute 400 million N95 masks across the globe. This comes after the Biden administration rolled out their initiative to provide households with free rapid COVID-19 tests through U.S.P.S.
Up to three masks are available to every person in the U.S. and national chains like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Rite Aid, Kroger, and Costco are participating. Several locations have already received their shipments and The White House hopes to have the rest distributed by early February.
It is advised to give your local pharmacy and/or health center a call to see if they have received their shipment of free N95 masks.
