The ticket resell site, TickPick, held a nationwide survey to uncover how and when most people find their favorite band or artist. In the end, the average age of the people polled was 13 years old when they fell in love with their their lifelong #1.

For all the parents/aunts/uncles/cool adult figures reading this with intentions of influencing the musical taste of the child in your life, the study says that attending a concert with a parent is beneficial to having a good bond over music.
