Happy 420! Jersey Shore’s First Recreational Marijuana Dispensary Opens Today

Today is a glorious day! The Jersey Shore is getting it’s very first recreational marijuana dispensary.

MPX NJ, located at 153 South New York Ave., in the city’s Orange Loop bar district, will transition from being solely a medical facility to offering adult-use cannabis as well. It’s no coincidence that the shop chose April 20th as the launch day.

Last year, Atlantic City established a 24 block area called the “Green Zone” where marijuana businesses can legally operate. According to PhillyVoice.com, this part of the city’s redevelopment plan “aims to spur tourism and revive the economy of Atlantic City’s struggling business district.”

More rec facilities are in the works for America’s Playground. A multi-floor cannabis lounge called High Rollers Dispensary is set to open soon at the Claridge Hotel. And the former supermarket space at 3004 Atlantic Ave is under construction now to become a  lounge and dispensary.

Atlantic City just got a whole lot cooler, man.

And that is a big deal.” He hopes the NFL will allow players to use CBD in the future to help with pain management.

The new line is called Greenings by Moody's Medicinals, and it features three different kinds of cannabis flower that's also available in pre-rolls. The line also includes edible gummies that contain 10 mg THC.

  The comedian’s product line is available in Arizona, California, Colorado, Montana, Oregon and Washington and includes pre-rolled joints to THC breath strips. Chong's Choice has also expanded to include various CBD products, including vape pens, edibles and tincture.
